Instructions: Dub color of choice from barb to eye on a size 10-14 dry fly hook. Tie in Elk hair clump 1/4 back from the eye and clip off excess. Tie in foam color of choice, then fold it back over itself and tie in at the same spot. Clip excess foam. Secure the thread.
